Passive Unwinding (Simplest Unwinding Form)

Core Principle

  • The simplest unwinding structure, relying on the traction force of downstream processing equipment to drive coil unwinding
  • No independent drive device itself

Suitable Scenarios

  • Applicable to scenarios with low unwinding precision requirements
  • Fits materials with moderate hardness that are not easy to stretch and deform

Core Configuration & Parameters

  • Main components: Unwinding frame, air expansion shaft (ordinary shaft for some simple models), tension adjustment device
  • Maximum adaptable unwinding diameter: 500-1200mm (customizable on demand)
  • Air expansion shaft: Facilitates quick loading and unloading of coils
  • Tension adjustment: Realized by magnetic powder brake or mechanical damping structure, manual resistance adjustment available
  • Function: Avoids coil looseness/deviation caused by excessive traction speed, or material stretching caused by excessive resistance

Typical Applications

  • Ordinary paper slitting, non-woven fabric cutting, low-end film processing, etc.

Inapplicable Scenarios/Materials

  • Not suitable for deformable materials or high-precision processing needs
  • Examples of inapplicable materials: Ultra-thin metal foil, high-elasticity film
