Motorized Unwinding (Also Known as Active Unwinding)

Core Principle

  • Can independently control coil unwinding speed and tension
  • No reliance on downstream traction alone; equipped with independent drive and control systems

Suitable Scenarios

  • Core application: High-precision and deformable coil processing scenarios
  • Ensures stable unwinding without stretching or deviation

Core Configuration & Parameters

  • Control System: Servo motor/AC motor
  • Speed Synchronization: Unwinding speed can be real-time synchronized with downstream processing equipment (e.g., slitting machines, cutting machines)
  • Synchronization Precision: ±0.1mm (avoids material wrinkles or stretching caused by speed mismatch)
  • Deviation Correction: Equipped with automatic deviation correction system (photoelectric or ultrasonic), correction precision ±0.05mm (ensures coil edge alignment)
  • Tension Control: Closed-loop tension control system that real-time monitors and adjusts unwinding tension
  • Tension Control Precision: ±1N (adapts to materials of different elasticity and thicknesses)
  • Unwinding Capacity: Unwinding frame adapts to maximum coil diameter of 800-1600mm
  • Additional Function: Some models are equipped with coil diameter detection device (automatically adjusts unwinding parameters, reducing manual intervention)

Core Advantages

  • High unwinding precision and strong stability
  • Adapts to high-end material processing with strict requirements

Typical Applications

  • Processed materials: Ultra-thin metal foil, high-adhesion adhesive tapes, elastic textile fabrics, precision films, etc.
  • Application production lines: Electronic accessories, new energy battery separators, high-end packaging and printing, etc.
