Laminating Cutting

The laminating and cutting machine integrates laminating and cutting functions, realizing one-stop processing of “laminating – positioning – cutting”. It achieves “one machine for multiple uses”, reducing equipment investment and floor space occupation, and is widely used in electronics, packaging and other industries.

 

1. Core Function: Laminating

  • Structural Design: Adopts upper and lower silicone pressure roller pressing-type laminating structure, enabling single-sided laminating.
  • Adjustable Pressure: Pressure of the silicone rollers is adjustable to match different material requirements.
  • Material Compatibility: Suitable for high-adhesion protective films, acid-resistant adhesive films, etc., with a thickness range of 0.05-0.5mm.
  • Precision Control Systems: Equipped with automatic deviation correction system and tension control system, ensuring no material offset or wrinkles during laminating.

2. Core Function: Laminating & Slitting

  • Integrated Processing: Adds a slitting module based on laminating function, realizing synchronous laminating and slitting of wide-width materials into multiple narrow-width finished products.
  • Customizable Slitting Width: Slitting width can be set according to specific requirements.
  • High Slitting Precision: Achieves a slitting accuracy of ±0.05mm.
  • Synchronous & Stable Operation: Uses imported sensors for automatic deviation correction; slitting speed is synchronously matched with laminating speed to avoid material stretching and deformation.
  • Application Scenarios: Ideal for narrow-width laminating material processing in the packaging industry and insulating film slitting in the electronics industry.
